The Board has full responsibility for the management of the Company, the Pension Fund and the investment of the Fund’s assets. The Board is made up of various stakeholders comprised of sponsor and beneficiaries of the Fund.

The representatives are drawn from a pool of a highly skilled and experienced work force, the CPFA Board is composed of Directors who represent various stakeholder interests.
